Pomegranate Throat Tincture
Those little juicy jewels inside the pomegranate are not the only part of this fruit that is healthy. The skin of the fruit can be dried and used in tinctures and extracts, as it has anti-bacterial qualities. It's great as a throat spray and helps avoid colds and flues.

Tasty PMS Relief
A tasty recipe for PMS relief can be made from whole wheat or brewer's yeast (vitamin B6 and fiber), walnuts (vitamin B6, omega-3), pure chocolate (calcium, magnesium), and flaxseed oil (omega-3). There must be something yummy you can make with these ingredients!

Tooth Whitening with Sage Leaves?
Want to avoid the harmful effects of tooth whitening products? Try rubbing sage leaves on your teeth (not dried, of course) every day. Besides whitening your teeth over time, you'll also be freshening your breath.
