If you are trying to lose weight, eat half a grapefruit with every meal (or just after). Research shows that grapefruit affects your insulin and blood sugar and makes it easier to drop pounds.

    There’s no doubt that people are looking for an easy way to get lose weight, and sometimes go overboard with unusual diets. If more dieters would just focus on eating and living healthy – avoiding soft drinks and fast food would be a huge start! – then the weight would take care of itself. Although I have to say I am a lover of Grapefruits and have been known to eat more than 1 a day at least a couple of times a week (and I maintain a healthy weight).
